Frequently Asked Questions

• Is it hard to connect? No — the camera uses P2P (Plug & Play) technology. Plug in the power, follow the in-app setup steps, and the camera connects automatically.
• Does it support 5GHz WiFi? No — the camera connects to 2.4GHz WiFi networks only. Ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4GHz network during setup.
• Does it support night vision? Yes — the IR sensor automatically detects low light and switches to night vision mode without any manual action required.
• Does it support Onvif / NVR? No — the camera uses its own proprietary app and does not currently support Onvif or NVR connection.
• Is the iOS app the same as Android? The iOS app has minor feature differences due to Apple system restrictions, but core functionality is the same. The app is regularly updated.
• Where is alarm footage stored? Motion detection photos are saved to the Micro SD card. Once you view the alert on your phone, it is removed from the phone notification — save important images to your phone from the app.
