The product delivers what it promises. I bought the TR20-PRO because of its 320x240 resolution, which is higher than the 246B, but I have no way to compare them. Easy-to-operate interface and very good display. Points to improve: 1- Include Portuguese in the interface (the TR256B says it has it). I don't know the latest version; this one came with the firmware version V2.32. I hope to be able to update. 2- The photo file format is BMP, not JPG. 3- The memory is internal, 8GB (the 256B version has a slot and comes with 32GB). As this is my first thermal camera, I found the images to be quite good (3 photos of the cable TV decoder in 3 different modes: mix, pip, and total rainbow) and I hope to use it in electrical panel inspections to prevent electrical faults. I'm forgetting, the transport case that comes with this model is very useful. The price of the "Back to School" promotion is very good and worth it, especially if you still have an Aliexpress coupon. As for the delivery, J&T Express was very fast and the package arrived intact.

The thermal imaging device was delivered as described and in perfect condition. Details still need to be tested.

The tr20 pro thermal camera arrived quickly in roughly 8 days from order to melbourne, australia and works well.

However, it appears my device has a windows virus/trojan on the built in storage, i am not 100% sure that it came from this device but the timing is extremely suspicious. I received a windows defender warning after plugging it into my computer with suspicious autorun and paint.exe files.

I recommend a factory reset as soon as you get it and plug it in to a mac or linux computer and checking that there are no extra files before connecting to a windows pc.

good quality image, intuitive menu. easy navigation. quite robust equipment with perfect finish. The combination of the IR image with the camera helps identify places with many objects. I recommend it.
